Non-Toxic Pregnancy Must-Haves
Today I’m sharing all of the pregnancy essentials that I have been loving so far! I’ve been keeping it super simple when it comes to pregnancy “products” but here are a few that have been a great addition to my routine!
Hydration Support
I was already drinking electrolytes pre-pregnancy, so this is something I’m just maintaining being pregnant. My doctor said to be sure to stay extra hydrated and these are perfect to help with that! They will also be great to have postpartum and breastfeeding.
Cure Electrolytes Individual Packets
Get these individual packs if you like to take them on-the-go!
For My Skin
So many of you recommended this and it’s so nice! It’s not super thick, blends well, and feels kind of cooling. Doesn’t leave you oily either. Smells like an orange creamsicle which I loove.
This is also a great thing to add over the belly butter to lock in that hydration.
Osea Undaria Algae Body Butter
I also used this pre-pregnancy and this is amazing at keeping the itchiness away! My skin has been so dry and my belly and boobs have been so so itchy.
Nothing compares to this. I love it and will continue buying it forever. Since being pregnant, I have been mixing the body butter and oil together in my hands and then applying it all over.

For Relaxation Before Bed
I’ve really been struggling with insomnia during pregnancy and this magnesium helps immensely! It can also help with muscle cramps.
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes
I love adding these to my bath to help pull out toxins from the body. It also helps me relax before bed.
Here’s a non-toxic option for bath bombs that are amazing.
Microwave Heating Pad for Neck and Shoulders
I put this on my neck at night and it helps with relaxation SO much. I look forward to using this every single night!
The Mama Natural Week-by-Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth
I didn’t want to read up too much about pregnancy so as to not overwhelm myself, but I did buy this book and have really enjoyed it! I kind of skip around to the sections that are relevant to me at the time. It’s very informative and non-pushy which I appreciate.
Prenatal Vitamins
I recently wrote a blog post about prenatals and why I chose the one I chose!
Needed Prenatal Multi Essentials
This is the prenatal I am taking and will continue to take throughout my pregnancy. It’s 3 capsules per day, which I find to be manageable. They also have an 8 pill option that you can break up throughout the day. Use my code KARLYALANE for a discount on their website.
Beli Women Prenatal Multivitamin
This is another great option that I have taken in the past. 3 capsules per day.
Ritual Essential Prenatal Multivitamin
This one is also great and only 2 capsules per day!
